Well, I am 2 weeks "behind schedule", but I am finally feeling motivated to put some goals into place. I'm not ready to make big resolutions, or even year-long goals, since I rarely follow through, but I do have a few things I'd like to work on for the next two weeks. Most of these will probably carry through into February and March and hopefully become habits, but for now, I'm listing them out 1-2 weeks at a time.
1) track food
2) drink 1 gallon (126 oz) of water daily
3) 30 minute limit of social media per night
4) read Wild & Free
5) clean or organize one thing every night that is not part of the normal routine
6) wear flats or boots (no sneakers!) to work
I purchased a 2017 planner and new fun pens this past week so I also have each of these listed at the top of the weekly page. There is enough room to write those goals up top and then fill in each day with my plan, my food or what I've accomplished.
