Airplanes + Pumpkins

My dad was in town last weekend, so we took the opportunity to visit the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA. It is a Smithsonian Museum that was built semi-recently and since we had all visited the one in DC and none of us had been to this one, it was an easy decision. It was super cool, even for someone like me who doesn't know a lot of history or anything about airplanes.

This is the same model of plane my Grandpa flew in WWII as a Marine

The Discovery Space Shuttle

The Enola Gay, which is the aircraft that dropped the bomb on Hiroshima

On Sunday we all took super long naps, then headed to a local pumpkin "patch" to take our #basicwhitegirl fall photos! Canon loved running around, picking up pumpkins and telling us how heavy they were! I still have hopes of getting to an actual farm or festival before the month ends (with my real camera!)
